Favorite Accessory???

Ok, what's your favorite (or top few) American Girl accessory? [img]graemlins/wonder.gif[/img]

It can be for historicals or AGT's, but only from American Girl/Pleasant Co. Current or retired. No outfits, please! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Tough thing to choose, but we love the AGT retired croquet set, and the twister game.

Historicals I'm going to have to think about a little longer! [img]graemlins/hmmm.gif[/img]

I love the bow that come with Samantha's winter Party Dress. It is already on a clip so it stays perfect! I really like that idea.

OK but for an accessory set I LOVE Kirstens fishing set.

Kaya: Kaya's Foods (I haven't seen this in person- but it looks darling in the catalog!)

Felicity: Party Treats

Josefina: Cocina Supplies

Kirsten: Fishing Set -OR- Pottery Set (Can't decide!)

Addy: Sweet Potato Pudding Set (Maybe it'd be the puppet show "Church Fair Fun" set, but I haven't seen it in person.)

Samantha: Nature Paraphernalia

Kit: Typewriter

Molly: Camping Equipment

I loved Samantha's oil paint set and sketchbook. I also loved her nutcracker doll.

AGT: The retired baking set. And the retired S'Mores kit, which alas, I don't have. [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]

Josefina: Loom and toy farm.

Samantha: The retired Summer Amusements because of the scented pine pillow and the paint set that you can actually use!

Addy: Church Fair Fun because of the spool puppet theater. I'm a big fan of puppets and I've always deeply regretted not buying that set because it is one of my most favorite sets of all. Also I love her Winter Fun Set. You can really play the thumb piano and play the Mancala game with the teeny beans.

Felicity: The retired Noah's Ark. I have the people/animal set which I bought from someone on the board long ago. BUt I haven't made an ark yet. Also her guitar, which can be strummed to make a pleasant sound. Also Felicity's Needlepoint Set, which alas I don't have. But it's definitely a fav.

Kirsten: ?

Molly: Her Winter Fun Set because of the tiny tissues and the kaleidoscope. And her summer Mess Kit. It's SO cute!

Kit: Her camera and scrapbook.

Ok, I just remembered the ice cream freezer. I LOVE that one! Oh, and Kit's Party Treats set, with the little Japanese Lanterns. And the retired Painting Set with easel and canvases...

It's simply impossible for me to narrow my favorites list! I cannot pick just one. Please don't make me choose just one! [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]wink.gif[/img] I'm more inclined to really like something based on the detail and useability. If any non-plastic parts are involved, like metal, wood or ceramic, I'm definitely more interested. And of course, the historical and storyline significance. Kit's camera is WAY cool because it isn't all plastic and is prominently featured in her stories.

Favorite HIstorical Accessory:
Felicity's Party Treats. This looks much better in person than online! I love the food, the 2 tiered tray and the flowers.

Favorite AGOT Accessory:
Christmas cookie set with the gingerbread boys, and other cut out cookies, basket, rolling pin, cookie cutters and cookie tin.

This was a hard question! I really like all the accessories.
